Hosted by the Chinese Society of Industrial and Applied Mathematics, hosted by Southwest University and the Complex Networks and Complex Systems Committee of the Chinese Society of Industrial and Applied Mathematics, and co-organized by the School of Mathematics and Statistics of Southwest University and the Network Science and Engineering Committee of the Chinese Society of Command and Control The 19th China Network Science Forum will be held at Southwest University in Chongqing from May 12 to 14, 2023. All members of the Super Complex Network Science and Intelligent Systems Laboratory of Fudan University, under the guidance of Professor Han Dingding, participated in the meeting and gave academic reports.

This forum aims to provide an academic exchange platform for scholars and technicians in complex networks, complex systems and related fields, and to showcase the latest theoretical and technical achievements in network science and system control.
Conference topics include: 1. Complex network modeling, structure and function analysis; 2. Complex network link prediction and recommendation algorithms; 3. Complex network control and optimization; 4. Multi-agent system control and stability; 5. Complex network Dynamics on: synchronization, communication, game, etc.; 6. Cluster dynamics, human behavior dynamics Science; 7. Biological networks, systems biology, biodynamic systems, etc.; 8. Network analysis of social, economic, technical networks, etc.; 9. Basic theories and applications of network security; 10. Complex network and big data analysis, artificial intelligence computing, Graph network machine learning; 11. Fractional-order network, higher-order network and dynamics analysis.
