The laboratory focuses on addressing the critical national strategic needs by conducting research in areas such as real-time intelligent services for aerospace and space information systems, Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS), Artificial Intelligence of Things (AIoT), and ultra-complex network communications. Leveraging artificial intelligence, big data mining, and computer graphics and visualization technologies, the lab works on the following research topics: the correlation between the temporal characteristics of space networks and network topology, the evolution and modeling of multi-dimensional and multi-layer complex networks, the fluctuation dynamics of complex CPS systems, percolation in ultra-complex networks and the security performance of distributed systems, search and navigation in distributed systems under time-varying conditions, and the development and application of visualization platforms for smart cities' physical-logical frameworks. The lab not only emphasizes foundational theoretical research but also focuses on the practical applications of research results in smart systems, aiming to provide essential theoretical support for the realization of large-scale smart system control and the construction of smart cities in the future.

The main research directions of the lab are:

· Complex Network Models and Big Data Analysis

· Complex Network Dynamics and Applications

· Interdisciplinary Research on Network Dynamics and Machine Learning

· AI+ Smart City Key Technologies and Demonstrations
