In the vibrant autumn, the orientation activities for new students are in full swing in the laboratory. Two new master's students, Li Yansong and Du Yang, have embarked on a new journey in their scientific research careers. This event is not only a warm welcome to the new students but also injects new momentum and vitality into the research work for the new year.
To help the two new students better integrate into their study and life, Professor Han Dingding, the head of the laboratory, had a cordial and in-depth conversation with them. Professor Han learned about Li Yansong's and Du Yang's backgrounds, interests, and plans for future research in detail. In a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, he put forward requirements and expectations for the laboratory work, emphasizing the importance of balancing rigor and creativity in scientific research. Professor Han stated that the laboratory aims not only to cultivate students' professional abilities but also to enhance their teamwork spirit and problem-solving skills, laying a solid foundation for their future careers in scientific research.
Upon arriving at the laboratory, senior students also introduced specific details of the laboratory to the new students, including the use of equipment, daily research tasks, and the experiences of working together in the research group.
