On September 24, 2022, 13:30-17:00, the Laboratory of Ultra-Complex Network Science and Intelligent Systems participated in the comprehensive performance evaluation meeting of the national key research and Development Program "Internet of Things and Smart City Key Technologies and Demonstration" the key special project "Development and Application of Smart City information-Physical Integration Key Technologies". Shi Youkang (Professorate-level Senior Engineering Project Expert, China Academy of Information and Communications Sciences) Huang Tao (Professor, Institute of Software, Chinese Academy of Sciences) Zhang Wensheng (Professor, Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences) Shan Zhigang (Researcher of Informatization and Industrial Development Department of State Information Center) Chen LAN (Researcher of Institute of Microelectronics, Chinese Academy of Sciences) Sheng Hao (Professor of Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics) Wang Lin (Professor of Shanghai Jiao Tong University) and other experts attended the meeting as experts on comprehensive performance evaluation of the project.

Due to the epidemic, this meeting was held in a combination of online and offline. Professor Han Dingding, the head of the laboratory, gave a defense report on the comprehensive performance evaluation of the second topic as the person in charge of the second topic "Smart City Visual signal-object Analysis System based on the physical and logical framework of ultra-complex network systems", and Zhao Kaidi and Yang Chao, members of the laboratory, gave a demonstration of the results.

Zhao Kaidi and Yang Chao is giving a report
After listening to the report on the completion of the project, the expert group reviewed the relevant documents and materials and watched the demonstration of the project results. In the evaluation stage of the defense experts, expert Wang Lin pointed out in particular that the project II integrated all the technologies with one system, which was very rare; Expert Shi Youkang also pointed out that the self-evaluation report is based on project 2. After questioning and discussion, the experts concluded:
1. Subject 2 provides complete materials and meets the evaluation requirements;
2. Project 2 studies the dynamic integration and integration technology of geographical spatiotemporal data, and establishes a spatiotemporal integration data model based on the Beidou location service cloud platform; A multi-layer, multi-dimensional, time-varying super complex 1 network model for smart city CPS system is proposed. The optimal routing strategy, adaptive cooperative guidance strategy and resource optimal allocation strategy for different functional requirements and tasks are established. The multi-layer, multi-dimensional and dynamic visualization technology of CPS is studied, and the corresponding visualization software system is developed.
3. The project has innovations in multi-source information collection, inference and prediction, dynamic and static fusion scenarios, etc. The main research results have been integrated in the 0neNET5.0 platform of the project 5, and have been demonstrated in Wuxi.
4. Subject two has strong organization, standardized management and obvious talent training effect. The expert group believes that project 2 has completed the tasks agreed in the task book, reached the assessment indicators, and played an important supporting role in the realization of the project objectives, and agreed to pass the performance evaluation of project 2.
The above evaluation of experts fully affirmed the work and achievements of Professor Han Dingding, the leader of the second project, and all the researchers, and the members of the Ultra-Complex Network Science and Intelligent Systems Laboratory will be full of confidence for the future research project,1 efforts to hand in a satisfactory answer paper.
